Ayoob starts his career as a gasfitter technician while still in high school, learning the basics of the trade.

Ayoob becomes an HVAC engineer, beginning his professional journey in the heating and cooling industry.

Over two decades, Ayoob hones his skills in gasfitting, pipe fitting, and sheet metal fabrication, becoming a Red Seal-certified professional engineer.

A Father’s Influence

Ayoob teaches his three sons how to weld pipes, operate saw machines, and solve calculus problems, fostering a love for engineering and the trades.

Passing the Torch

Inspired by their father, all three sons pursue engineering degrees and apprenticeships, learning the ins and outs of heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

A New Beginning

Ayoob leaves a career in oil and gas to partner with his oldest son, Asif, to establish Comfort Union.
